Text messages not coming through my Versa 3

My notifications aren't working in my versa 3. Phonecalls come through but that's absolutely it. Can someone advise thank you

Hi @Lrhsb92  -  this seems like a fairly common problem.

Just in case, there are 2 Bluetooth entries Versa 3 and Versa 3 controls.

• Remove the first one from your phone's Bluetooth and logout of Fitbit App.
• Log back in and go to the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App,
• A sync popup should appear, click on it and it should pair and link.

The watch should sync normally and if notifications are setup correctly in the Fitbit App they should then work.

Hi there, @Lrhsb92. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

While reading your post I was wondering (as you have an iOS device) if the text messages your Versa 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
