Text messages shutting off

Since the last update my text notification keeps shutting itself off. I have left the screen open to watch it toggle off. I have Uninstalled the app, restarted and same thing. I am using the Versa 2 and have Samsung S20, been using Fitbit watches for over 6 years and this is driving me crazy

Hi. @Dolphinsatsea - this may be due to phone battery saving shutting down Bluetooth or the Fitbit App. Worth a look.

No that isn't the case, Bluetooth stays on, getting phone calls, emails and other notifications text messages are the only ones that keep turning off

@Dolphinsatsea- Ah I see, that is odd. It may be some interaction with the latest Fitbit App and the phone, as there are similar posts about such difficulties, but mostly on iOS. Have a look on the forums.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
