@Valentilm blah blah because Apple change Bluetooth settings without notifying the devs like it's normally done. This will have to get addresses with the app update. For now, please try this:

  1. Update the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the Settings app on your iPhone > Bluetooth.
  3. Tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
  4. Turn on Share System Notifications.
  5. Tap Settings in the top-left to return to the Settings page > Notifications.
  6. For Phone and Calendar, make sure Allow Notifications and Notification Center are on.
  7. For Messages, make sure Allow Notifications is on, Lock ScreenNotification Center, and Banners are on, and Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.

Hi, notifications on a Versa using an iPhone are a known issue. In principle Fitbit supports only notifications from Android on the Versa. The only thing you can do to solve it, cause it worked before, is restarting your Phone once and the Versa several times  in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. Do not know for sure that this will work but it's worth a try.

@SunsetRunner warm welcome to the forum! I'm sorry to hear your Versa decided to misbehave. It is true that it's been a bit bumpy ride since the recent iOS update, which you have noticed. I myself have iPhone 7 Plus as well and Fitbit fully supports notifications on iOS excluding quick replies that is. As far as I know Fitbit is working on ironing out the bugs that appeared after iOS update. For now, perhaps you could try this to restore the Bluetooth connectivity and notifications:

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair in phone's Bluetooth settings
  6. Grant all permissions incl pairing
  7. Make sure Fitbit Notifications are enabled in your phone Settings. If they are switch them off, sync, switch them back ON, and sync again. Please follow steps 1-3 from my post here to properly set up the notifications on your iPhone.

If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure All day sync is enabled.

Looks like the latest 13.1.1 has disrupted text and call notifications. Kinda sucks since that is a great feature!  Repairing, syncing and “blah blah” didn’t fix it. Hope Fitbit updates soon so this works again.

@SunsetRunner It's all due to iOS13 update. Gotta wait for the fix. Have you tried what I discribed here? It's not bulletproof but seems to work for some.

I have desperately tried to resolve this issue since the latest updates (even the bug fix one) just a few days ago.. I can receive every other possible notification on my Versa (first one) - calls, messaged, app notifications etc - yet I can no longer receive texts on my versa - I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE - all of your suggestions here and more - yet it is still not displaying text message notifications!!!! WHYYYYYYY 😭😭😭
