Hi

My versa receives mesages,snapchat,etc. But does not vibrates when receiving these notifications this has been going on for about a month. Vibrating when receiving a phone call HELP

Operating system is an android Samsung 8+

Hello @Scribner67 try swipeing down on the display, tap the 2 bars to the right, make sure the tracker doesn't have Do Not Disturb enabled. This will be the "-" in the top left.

Do not Disturb is off,i have reinstalled the fitbit app,re-set the
versa,checked all notification
