Text notification from Iphone

Hello, my husband has an Iphone and I'm not recieving text notifications from him. I thought I could receive them just not quick reply. Did I miss something? Thank you!!!

Hello @KelcieChlupacek and a warm welcome.  There are two places that can turn on/off Notifications, one on the Versa Lite and one on the Fitbit app.  On the Versa Lite, press and hold the left button to get to your Quick Settings.  Make sure that Notifications is tapped to ON.  Next, tap on your Versa Lite icon on your Fitbit app dashboard.  Scroll down to Notifications and make sure the toggles are set to your preference.

 

Do you get text alerts from others but not your husband?  I never read of anyone getting alerts from some sources, but not others.

No, I found I'm not getting them from anyone apple or android but I get email and call notifications. Makes no sense everything is turned on as it should be.
