I'm having the same issue. I've done all the "fixes" I can find but still do not receive texts or emails. This happened just after a fitbit update. I've been waiting on any response from fitbit for about a week now but still nothing.
Unfortunately, Fitbit isn't responding - at all - to the posts in this thread, not even a "we're working on it." Very poor customer service.

Best AnswerI actually lost text message notifications BEFORE the latest update. A few days after text notifications stopped working, the firmware update came out and I thought that was going to be the fix... clearly, that's not it. Text and call notifications are the #1 reason that I wear a smartwatch, so this is a huge bummer.
