A couple of weeks ago I just stopped receiving text notifications on my versa. Reset my phone I've reset the app. Is there a known issue or is there something I am missing?

It's a known issue. There's a 13 page thread in Community from many of us who lost our text notifications with the recent "update."

I'm having the same issue. I've done all the "fixes" I can find but still do not receive texts or emails. This happened just after a fitbit update. I've been waiting on any response from fitbit for about a week now but still nothing.

Unfortunately, Fitbit isn't responding - at all - to the posts in this thread, not even a "we're working on it." Very poor customer service.

I haven't seen a resolution yet. No messages from Fitbit about what they're doing or when they expect a resolution.

I actually lost text message notifications BEFORE the latest update. A few days after text notifications stopped working, the firmware update came out and I thought that was going to be the fix... clearly, that's not it. Text and call notifications are the #1 reason that I wear a smartwatch, so this is a huge bummer.
