Hello!
I am very sad that I used to get text notifications on my versa 2 and then I updated my software on my iPhone 11 a few months ago or longer and the feature has since then stopped working. I receive calls but not texts. I have called Fitbit support several times; They all have me do the same things and absolutely nothing has worked. Is it an issue with my phone? I do feel I have tried everything. I even purchased a new Fitbit the versa 4 hoping that would fix the issue but the issue still persists. Can anyone please help! I love Fitbit and just want it to work for me the way it is intended. Thank you!!

Hi there, @marz29. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Since you're an iOS user, I was wondering if the text messages that your Versa 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
