Text notifications can't be read on Versa

Can't open text messages, and doesn't automatically show.  Has worked before.  Gives option to open and then goes to clock screen.  Versa.

Hi, can you please be more specific. Are these notifications SMS texts messages or, f.i. Whatsapp messages?

@Bmkjd Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to follow up and provide assistance on the text messages issues that can't be read on your Versa.

 

The information that requested @SunsetRunner will help us to determine the cause of the issue.

 

In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, please turn off the notifications, restart your phone, open the app and turn the notifications back on. Finally, restart your Versa as described in this help article. Once you've done this, monitor the text messages and see if the issue gets fixed.
