Versa lite not syncing...what is return policy?

I am unable to get versa lite to sync. I have tried restarting bluetooth a number of times, have turned lite off and on..no luck.. I recently bought this to replace the versa and am disliking it very much...seems to have many more software issues than any of my other Fitbit products have had.. I d like to return it and am wondering if i can just take it back to.retailer.

However, if you bought it from a physical store and get can a return there, that probably the easiest way if the store will allow it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Efachorn Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the syncing issues that your Versa is experiencing, I'd like to follow up and turn the bad experience you had with your tracker into a good experience if you haven't returned your Versa.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, check out if your Versa syncs properly.
