Text notifications not working on Versa

Hello,

So my Versa stopped buzzing when i get notifications. if i scroll down i can see them on my watch but it doesn’t buzz to notify i got one. it buzzes for my daily reminders to move and for phone calls but won’t for text messages or snapchats or anything other than phone call and daily reminders... 

i’ve tried everything and nothing is working

Let me help you with your Versa not vibrating with text notifications. This is really odd as the device does work with other notifications. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Also turn off the Do not disturb mode on your Versa by long pressing the left button or checking the settings app.

Mine has the same issue, although not consistently.  With tech support I already did all the things listed.  What's next?  I hate not being able to depend on my Fitbit.
