I’m getting all of my notifications except for text messages. The button is swiped to green just like the others. I’ve updated my versa as well as the app. I’ve also forgotten my versa from the app and re-connected. Nothing is working. Help?!

Mine is doing the same thing for almost a month now. They keep saying they are working on fixing it but nothing is being done. I have an iPhone. Tried all their trouble shooting. Nothing works. Complete waste of money I have barely had mine a few months.
