I can’t receive text notifications anymore have checked all settings still won’t work. It was previously working but has suddenly stopped.

I’m having exact same issue. Used to be off and on, now I’m on day 3 with no notifications & have tried all troubleshooting except unlinking versa from account. I had a huge amount of trouble getting it to do just that in the beginning.

Same here. I chatted with someone at Fitbit and they said this is a known issue and they're "working on it"
