The Fitbit app shows stats blank-Versa 2

Since I got my versa 2 a week ago my stats on my dashboard have always shown blank. I’ve read numerous answers & tried them all & nothing has worked.

 

I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app.

Offloaded the app.

Force closed the app.

Signed out & back in.

Restarted my phone.

Ensured the latest update is installed.

Ensured my watch & phone are synced.

 

Nothing is working?? I have an iPhone 11 & versa 2.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2.

 

In addition to the troubleshooting steps performed, please set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
