Hi all,

 

the Fitbit arrived in the post today. Very excited to use it however, as above the app on my phone will not load the “how to use” section of the app so I don’t know how to use the watch currently making it not fit for purpose.

 

i have deleted the app. Restarted my phone. Re-installed the app but it is always the same. It loads a 90% blank page with half a sentence being displayed... 

 

should I just return it and buy an Apple Watch?
