I've been having alot of issues with my Versa. One of which is battery life of only 27 hours. I was told to charge phone and record syncs, still charge lasted only 27 hours. NOW Support says to charge for at least 2 hours even if watch reads 100%. Hopefully this info is helpful to someone.

I have the same battery issue, I get Fitbit Versa in May, the battery could last about 3 days. recently it only last for 1 days. Should I contact Fitbit support? Thanks

I contacted support and they sent me a replacement. However, that replacement was even worse than my original Versa. It wouldn't even recognize my phone and I had to shut down/restart multiple times a day. I even did a factory reset and nothing worked. So now they're sending me another replacement, just hoping that this is a new Fitbit Versa and not some reused/returned device like the previous one.
I used to swear by the Fitbit having upgraded every-time a new device came out. Not so much anymore... With the latest Apple Watch 4 enhancements, I'm seriously considering switching over!

My Fitbit Versa is 3 months old. I know I am correctly charging it. I have removed the quick view, turned off notifications, don’t play music. My battery lasts less the 24 hours.
I no longer wear it when I sleep, put it on in the morning, use the exercise program for a 4 mile walk and it drops to 58% and the is completely drained by by evening. I immediately turn off the exercise program when I am done. My husband has one and his is 1 month old and his battery lasts at least 2 days.
I didn’t buy this to turn everything off! Do I need a battery and where do I get one and can I change it myself? Thank You

Take the fit bit back to where you purchased it. I did that and I have no
problem now mine will last for five days.

It won't do any good. I believe they made a bad decision when they created this fitbit versa making us believe the battery life was 4 days. I have exchanged mine for a brand new one and still having the same issue. So they fasley advertised this fitbit. If they would have been upfront about it not lasting more than 2 days at least we would have had a choice if we wanted it or not. But we will just have to charge it every night until fitbit comes out with a next version that hopefully will live up to what it's advertised 🤷:female_sign:🤷:female_sign:

I have the same experience. I got the replacement after I reported the battery problem. However, the replacement even worse than my Versa. It doesn't pair up with my phone. I worked with the support for 2 hours but still no luck with it. They have to send me another replacement. I hope the new one doesn't have other issues.

Mine lasted for 3-4 days the first week I had it.
Then it started dying with 24 hours. Just get the new Apple Watch and avoid all of these hassles, plus - enjoy faaaaarrrr better customer support and actual resale value.

So basically all the features we brought the watch for we need to turn off to save the battery?

My third one seems to be the charm (keeping my fingers crossed)! I've had it for a few days now and battery is lasting for 2+ days. No Sync issues and I'm using the normal apps I had prior to the battery issues. Took over a month, but Fitbit support has been very helpful throughout the process.

I've got the same issue, I bought Versa 1.5+ month back ... the battery use to last for 3+ days for first 4 weeks but suddenly after that, the battery hardly lasts for 2 complete days.
I'm really unhappy with my Versa for the battery and other issues.

problem i have is they take so long to get your old device and then to send out the replacement your looking at 4-6 weeks as soon as the old one is picked up they need to ship out the replacement it make sense
or just do a recall on all versa's and offer a different device and offer a refund for the difference untill the issue is resolved
