Issues with the Versa 2
1) microphone has never worked?
Currently very disappointed with the APP. I use the Fitbit app for everything health and fitness and now
2) Calories logged are not tracking correctly and not syncing properly. It always messes up now super frustrating. plz help

Please note the microphone in your watch only turns on when you’re using a feature that requires your voice, such as a voice assistant. The microphone turns off when the voice assistant responds, when you close the voice assistant, or when your watch’s screen turns off.

However, you can try these few troubleshooting steps to see if it will fix what you are experiencing:
As for the calories, please note our team is currently aware of this issue and are working as quickly as possible to get this matter resolved. Until then, we have a few suggested workarounds mentioned by our fellow Fitbit Community users. Once you manually add in the app, you can sync and see your changes by going on the website version of the dashboard to see the updated numbers. Another option would be to create a favorite food called "quick calories" and make it 1 serving equals 1 calorie. This way you can add it form your favorites in the database.
