I bought my original Versa as a pre-sale order in April 2018 and it died unexpectedly in late July 2018. The replacement lasted until November 2018. My third has now crashed without explanation. No unusual activity- I wear it pretty much 24/7 except to charge it.
The screen goes blank after a few months, reboot does nothing.
I have a customer service request in, but I'm also posting here because maybe others are experiencing the same.
Anyone else experiencing a 4-6 month lifespan of their Versa? I love this watch when it works, but I've never had a piece of technology like this that just stops working after a few months.

hi same issue but my duration is much short only 3 wks
first one lasted near 3wks got the replacement nearly after 3 wks now it worked only for a 3-4 wks
the screen goes black on charging it gets really heated up and wont get switched on
