Versa Lite screen not responding

Hi there,

 

My 1 week old Versa Lite screen is suddenly not responding to touch . Any troubleshooting tips?

Yes, that should restart it. No luck with that? I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly then. That's about all you can do on your end without access to the screen.

I held down on the button until the fitbit symbol came on then released it. I believe this restarted it? Most info I found when researching was for the Versa (and the 3 buttons), not the Versa Lite.
