Hi no matter what i try - syncing my mobile, changing time zone, powering it off, re-setting my clock face, nothing works and the time delay is getting more & more 2.45hrs now, started at 20mins. Does anyone have a solution.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, sync your watch again and see if it shows the correct time.
