Mine started losing time yesterday, I've almost 3hours behind now. That's about 30 minutes since I posted this morning.

This same issue happened to me. My watch then wouldn't sync with the Fitbit app and I contacted Fitbit. They had me troubleshoot the watch itself, reinstall the Fitbit app, reconnect my Bluetooth and nothing worked. At this point they couldn't tell me what was wrong with the watch and only offered me 30% off a new Versa 2. I didn't see how they thought I would want to purchase a new watch with them when I had only had my Versa 2 for 1.5 years and it stopped working with absolutely no answers from the company.

Hi Hunter! This has to be a Fitbit issue, too many of us are starting to have this issue. My watch is almost 4 1/2 hours behind. I have had several Fitbits over 7 years without any real problems. Not being able to sync is one thing, but WTF, how does a watch lose time?

I was having the same issue for two days. I was actually able to fix it by turning the Bluetooth off in my phone for 2 minutes, turn it back on, and then it finally synced when I went back into the app!

Mine is now running 8 hours behind, that's another 3 1/2 hours in the past 12 hours, I had to turn off all my alarms that I use for taking my meds.
I've tried all the troubleshooting solutions to no avail. My last resort will be to remove it from my account, which I don't want to do as I'll lose my un-synced data.

Mine started losing time three days ago. After over 50 resets and all the other online "tips" I finally did a factory reset. Still no bluetooth showing up on any device so can't sync. Useless if I can't set it up.

Syncing issues aside.
@Kitubles37 @Poodlemama @Amy.fuselier @Rae1722 Watches shouldn't ever lose any significant time, if they do there is a serious problem.
It can be a fault in the watch [often following an update].
Restart it and sync it. This should reset the time on the watch. But if it continues to lose time thats not good.
Isolate it is not due to the clock face by changing to a standard Fitbit one.
If the time still drifts, which seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, as it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
@AussieyankAs you did a factory reset you will need to reinstall the watch in the Fitbit App, see post.
NB. Do not do factory resets unless instructed to. You run the risk of destroying the watch, if it fails.
