Hi Fitbit 

 

my fitbit heart rate inaccurate since friday , i already turn off heart rate and restrart the fitbit couple of times and still inaccurate , when i work out normally highest is 181 , yesterday shows 200+ also unable to track sleep and when im in resting still show heart rate is too high 130 - 140 sometimes 170+

how to fix it ?

Seems like this is quite a common issue. following a recent update, as it was working fine before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
