Last week when I woke up my Versa's time was 30 minutes off. I tried to fix it using all the helps on the fitbit site and on line. Now it is over 12 hours off and still will not adjust the time. Can someone please help me! I have only had this device since May. This is ridiculous that I can't get it to work. It is messing up my sleeping and my steps and all other stats.

@towens319 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not showing the correct time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information and any confusion on my end, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, make sure that the timezone is correct on your Dashboard. If the timezone is correct, try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. After this, sync your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

@mrwimago it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since your Versa is showing the incorrect time, I'd like you to restart your Versa as listed in this help page. After this, sync your watch and see if it adopts the correct time.
Your Versa will display the time of the device you sync your watch with.
Let me know how it goes! 😀
