That probably depends on which clock face you are using.  If you are using a clock face that has hours and minutes above and below each other, there is probably other info beside them.  Look for a different clock face that shows the time the way you want it.

Thank you. Now my Fitbit says to update to change clock faces. But it keeps
searching for my WiFi. Help!
