My fitbit versa has the wrong time & date. How do I fix it?

I see this is your first post. Welcome to the community!
You can't manually set the time or date, but they should reset whenever your fitbit syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?
The other thing that affects the time is the time zone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

Have you been through the setup process yet where you link your fitbit to the Fitbit app on your phone? If not then follow this guide: Help article: How do I set up my tracker?
If you have set it up ok then it should sync whenever you open the app. If this automatic sync is failing then steps to fix are in: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thanks for your help. But this is just not working. I'll have to come back to it when I have time. I probably need for find a kid to set it up for me.
