Touch screen not working-Versa 2

I’ve searched and the answer provided in the forum hasn’t worked and seems it hasn’t worked for anyone. 

Versa 2. Touch screen not responding to touch. I’ve tried rebooting numerous times and I’ve changed the clock face, but still no success. Ive read about doing and entire reboot and lose non synced data but it requires your touch screen to work. Can someone please help
