My medical insurance is changing in June to United Health Care. They use UHC Motion to sync with your tracking device to record steps, which ultimately translates into earning money in your Health Reimbursement Account. My Fitbit Versa is not compatible. If I wanted to stick with Fitbit, I would have to downgrade to a Charge or Inspire. The reason I purchased the Versa in the first place is because of the larger screen. I eventually want to upgrade to the Versa 3, but at this point, if I can't sync it to the UHC Motion, then why would I bother spending the money for the newer version watch? Otherwise, the only other option is to upgrade to the Apple Series 6 watch. I noticed that this question has been posted in the community, but it has not been resolved. I was told by UHC that Fitbit has to add this in order for it to be compatible. I don't understand why this is such a complicated issue. Fitbit, please address this issue soon if you want to keep your current customers. Thank you 😉
