Touch screen not working on replacement Versa

I’m very disappointed to spend that much of money , and again and again face many problems 

 

for first time my Fitbit versa stop working 

and when I contact with Fitbit team to solve the problem , after I tried every thing they’ve told me 

they sent new for me and thanks for that

 

but now my Fitbit versa touch screen won’t work  I restart it but still not working 

can anyone help me what can I do?😭💔💔💔

I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I totally understand how you are feeling. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution, please keep working with them.
