Touch screen not working

I got my Versa 2 for Christmas and for the last 2-3 weeks the touch screen hasn't worked. Anytime I try to swipe in any direction it doesn't do anything. I have not dropped it and the screen is not cracked etc. I have tried restarting it multiple times and charging it but it doesn't do anything.

I had the same.

Screen went haywire

Reset a couple of times.

Returned to shop as a warranty.
