Hi there my fitbit versa touch screen is not working and it reads the wrong kilometers, I'm so frustrated what can I do?

I can’t seem to get mine working either.    I don’t know why it stopped working.

It's really frustrating it's hardly 6 months since I had it I'm so disappointed
