Touch screen not working

I can no longer swipe to the different screens on my versa 2. Is there a resolve to this?

In the hope that this is just a software glitch, try restarting your fitbit by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.

Mine did this a couple months ago. I emailed support and they sent me a device replacement after I sent them a video of it not working and explained that I can’t factory reset it since I can’t swipe to settings.
