Touch screen not working

Hi everyone,

sadly the touchscreen on my Versa 2 is not working. I have tried several times to restart/ switch my watch off but no difference. Think I might need a new one!!!

The same thing happened to mine today.  I have had my Versa 2 for less than a year.  They sent me a label and told me to send it back, and they would replace it.  I just want to make sure that this is on the up and up....I'm not comfortable with the explanation that I got when I used Fitbit Help.

Following, this happened to me today as well. I found an older forum instructing to restart and change clock face. Did both twice and still not working.
