I updated my Versa over the last week and I noticed that the touchscreen stopped working. I tried a factory reset but the issue persists. Prior to updating the firmware, it was working fine. I reached out to support and they could only give me a 25% discount because my watch is out of warranty. I really don't want to buy a new watch especially since I've had it for a little over a year and because it seems like the issue is with the firmware update. Is there a way to downgrade the firmware to a previous version?

I have a versa lite and this also just happened to mine. I just held the button till the screen went black. It came back on on its own and works just fine. good luck.
