Touchscreen versa 2 not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

About a week ago my versa 2 first buzzed and then suddenly had a black screen.  My battery was at about 55% and I could see in the app that the watch was still measuring it seemed just to be the screen. After a few hours the screen came back on again but now the touchscreen did not work. The next day I recharged just to be sure and later on my touchscreen worked again. Now sinds yesterday evening the touch screen is not working again. So I can see the clock face but go no where nor select a work out. I have reset the watch about 5 times with no results, the app is completely up to date. I’ve also changed my clock face to see if that helped but it didn’t. Ive not found any other solutions than resetting on the forum which does not fix the problem. I got the versa 2 in February 2020 after my fifth consecutive versa 1 stopped working (they never lasted longer than a few months I did get a new one every time so service was good in that sense).

hi Edson I have tried via the chat and have gotten no response. In the meantime my screen got stuck several times on the fitbit logo it is now on again but the touchscreen, after working half briefly, is again not working at all. Is there anything to be done or should I just return the watch to the store seeing it is still well in warranty
