My touchscreen is not working on and off. I’ve already restarted the device more than once. I’ve been wearing my Fitbit Versa 2 for about 3 weeks without any probleem. Since 2 days I have this problem out of nothing! Please help!
Hi @Kaatjekipje , restart your Versa three times in a row by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. In most of the cases this procedure solves a lot of these problems. Regards kuzibri

I have had to restart every hour or so and even did a complete factory reset. The issue still persists ...
