My touchscreen is not working on and off. I’ve already restarted the device more than once. I’ve been wearing my Fitbit Versa 2 for about 3 weeks without any probleem. Since 2 days I have this problem out of nothing! Please help!

Hi @Kaatjekipje , restart your Versa three times in a row by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. In most of the cases this procedure solves a lot of these problems. Regards kuzibri

Unfortunately this also didn’t help😣
What should I do now?
My Fitbit was a Christmas present. I am only wearing it from that time...😔 Before this I had the Charge 2!

Having the same problem. I have been using mine 6 weeks with no issues. Two days ago after charging it the touchscreen was unresponsive. I restarted it, which helped. For about an hour. I have had to restart every hour or so and even did a complete factory reset. The issue still persists ...

Hello, In the end I’ve send it back to where I bought it. They couldn’t solve the problem so I’ve got my money back and ordered a new one.... So far So good🙏🏻
