Tracking activity but not steps.

I went on a 4mi walk and got 9,800 steps. It's showing up as an activity in my Fitbit app and on my Versa however in the app and watch it only shows 5k and 2.5mi. Any fix for this to update properly?

i walked at least 10k steps yesterday and steps kept going down to below 100. problem started 6/8/20. i restarted and shutdown and problem continues
