I crochet & it logs steps while sitting & crocheting. Do I just need to take it off while crocheting?

I'm afraid so.  To the Fitbit, the regular wrist motion looks just like steps.  That can be a good time to charge it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
