What is going on?? All of a sudden, after years of no problems, my Versa 2 keeps saying transcription error when trying to use talk to text. I have tried everything to fix it, including a factory reset of my Versa 2. Nothing worked. I didn't change any settings or anything. I can see that it hears my voice but it just keeps saying transcription error. And I see a lot of other people having the same issue w no response or help from Fitbit.

Please make sure within your cell phone settings that Fitbit is allowed to run in the background.
