Treasure Trek is not available for Versa 3

Hey all, brand new to Fitbits, but I was looking beforehand and I was seeing a lot of apps which I would be interested in, but aren't available on the Versa 3 such as Treasure Treck, various Gallery apps and a few others.

Does anybody know why these apps aren't available on this version because surely it's not a hardware issue, or is there a way to force these apps onto the Versa 3?

Hi @SteC27  - there are 2 issues.

If you are not in the latest firmware level you won't be able to install the latest version of apps. So check your firmware level in watch Settings, About Versa 3, System info.

Some apps written for previous models need to be redeveloped to run on newer models because they use a different OS version and screen geometry and the developer hasn't done it yet.

However if you use the Fitbit app, Gallery tile to search for items, all the items you find can be loaded on your watch providing it is at the correct level. So you will know which of the 2 issues is applicable.
