Trouble placing an order

Is anyone else having trouble placing an order online? I have checked with my bank and everything should be fine but the website refuses to take my payment and none of the customer service reps are able to help me fix the issue.

Hi @B-A-B  why not call Fitbit directly USA: call (877) 623-4997

 

You were going to Fitbit.com to order, right? So many scam sites out there right now.

Yes. Straight off of the website... apparently it's because of the new update they did on their system. I am no longer allowed to purchase them with a wellness card. I am so sad about it but it is what it is I guess.

In order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting, please let me know the error message you're getting when ordering. Also, clarify if by "Wellness Card" you're referring to the Fitbit Premium
