Trouble syncing Strava and Fitbit

Hello. The workouts that I’m doing on my Fitbit aren’t syncing with my Strava app on my phone and watch. I’ve given all the permissions I think I need to and I’m wondering what else I have to do. According to my Strava they are linked- I’m in the dark. All replies greatly appreciated.

Thank you for sharing this information about your Fitbit activities not syncing to Strava. 

Before considering other options, make sure the activities you're trying to sync have GPS data. Note the he following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

• Non-GPS activities 
• Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava.
• Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.

If your activities have GPS information and you're still having the same problem, please try to unpaid both apps and connect them once more to check if you continue to experience the same behavior.

I have this same issue, I have revoked and re synced Fitbit and strava app and it is still not working. The main reason I want this Fitbit is to automatically update strava when I go for a run. Annoying ! HELP PLEASE!
