Trouble syncing Versa

My Versa and phone have been  working  great,I did a successful  update last week, been working  great but yesterday my phones stop syncing  with watch,tried all usual  stuff,switching  on off etc but it's not playing  ball ,any ideas pls.

As well as restarting phone and fitbit, one thing that has worked for me more than once is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings.

Hi ,

Don't think I've restarted fitbit,I've logged in and out of account, how do I do that pls

Restarting the fitbit is worth keeping a note of. It does no harm and can fix all sorts of problems. Instructions are in: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
