I puchased my Versa about a year ago. Battery life was never great ... about 2.5 hours with GPS on. Yesterday it went completely dead and refuses to charge. Kindly advise?

@Andol, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it turned off all of a sudden and won't take a charge.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
