Trying to find my favorite clock face

Hello All

i used to have a simple HR trend face for my  Versa. Basic digital clock with last 7 minutes of HR scrolling across watch face. Can’t find it in the face store anywhere. Maybe someone uses the same and can remind me. I lost it after factory reset, doh!

It’s called Heart-rate monitor.  It’s the first one that pops up when you search “heart rate”.
