Does anybody know how to turn off zone notifications on their Fitbit app?

Not sure if this applies to Versa 2, but:

On wrist, after select exercise type; tap gear icon at top right, then scroll down to 'Zone Notifications' and tap to toggle off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
