my fitbit versa are unable to start/turn on. the problem start when I was not wearing my fitbit for 2 months++. the watch just show its logo sometimes.

Hi @PaduNaharomm  Try restarting your Versa several times and see if it will turn on then. Also have a look at THIS Help Article on charging issues.
