Hi @Jjalilvand, welcome to the community.

On your Versa, swipe to the settings app - scroll down to notifications (tap it) - scroll to during sleep (set it to off). You should now receive no notifications during sleep.

You can also go into the fitbit app on your phone and tap your account picture - tap on Versa - scroll down to (and tap) notifications - toggle off always vibrate. This will now match your phones do not disturb settings, so set up a DND rule in your phone when you don't want notifications to come through and your Versa will also adhere to that.

Hold in left side button a few seconds; look for 'Notifications' (might have to scroll left or right if have credit card registered);  tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
