My Versa has recently started shutting off unexpectedly.  I thought initially the battery needed charged, but now I'm not so sure.  It will be fully charged and two hours later it will shut itself off.  I am unable to get it to power back on unless I plug it into the charger.  It will then come back on and say it has 90% battery life.  It does this no matter how long I charge it for.

Hi @cholt55 , skip the restart procedure of your Versa and contact Customer Support about your issue. regards kuzibri
