Two fitbit trackers on one account?

I have a Charge 3 and a Versa Lite.  I'm using the Fitbit app on an iPhone 8+.  Is it possible to manage both trackers on the same account?  When I added the Versa Lite, I was asked if I wanted to replace the Charge 3.  I really did not want to, but it seemed like I had no choice.  So, can I use both trackers on one account?

Fitbit supports multiple trackers on an account...but there are limitations. They say:

"Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time."

very disappointing that we can’t add both the versa and charge 3. I have both the Alta hr and versa and received the charge 3 as a gift. I returned the charge 3 when I realized I wasn’t able to add it to my account. I wanted to be able to use all 3 fitbits for different situations.  Fitbit needs to fix this!
